I don’t know what you are going through, but God does. God’s will for you is victory. God’s desire for you is to overcome. Jesus is the way. He has conquered, and He leads us into victory. Victory in Christ is not temporary, but lasts forever. Jesus has earned you freedom from sin and death.Continue reading “Eternal Victory”

A nobody. Maybe that’s how you feel, like you are a nobody. Perhaps you feel unloved, and worthless, like you don’t matter, and no one cares about you. Are you at the bottom of life? Is it like you are invisible, and no one notices you? In this advent season, let me share a storyContinue reading “God For The Nobody”
Jesus is the reason for every season. He is both Lord and Christ. Jesus is the king over all creation, and He is worthy of all praise. Even though He is to be celebrated all year long, Advent is the season where we celebrate Him in a very special way. In Jesus, God became aContinue reading “Advent On The Rock”
I have witnessed many wonderful things in my Christian life. I have been saved, rescued, and redeemed. I have experienced transformation in my own life. I have seen supernatural protection of family, friends, and even myself. I have seen people get saved. Many people. I have been graced to visit several different places, all aroundContinue reading “Sweet Ecstasy”
God is the God of the unexpected. He doesn’t do what you think He would, but He does exceedingly abundantly more than you ask or think. And God does His mighty works in unexpected ways. In the season of advent, when we celebrate Jesus, we see in Him the unexpected. Before Christ came, everyone wasContinue reading “Unexpected”
What does God want from you? What is God’s will? Many people want to know what God’s will is for their life. They seek God for that elusive perfect career, or for the right mate. But what if knowing God’s will is more simple than that? What if, you knew something practical, that could alwaysContinue reading “God’s Will is Gratitude”
Greetings to everyone that will read these posts. I look forward to our journey together as we learn about, and grow in the grace of God.
This blog is called Refreshing Grace, because God’s grace, transforms you from the inside out and brings joy to your soul. Through faith, Grace( Jesus is the grace of God incarnate) brings you into the experience of the “times of refreshing” mentioned in Acts 3:19. My desire is to encourage others in the things of the Lord, and grow together in God’s grace.
To grow in grace and be refreshed by grace you must understand what grace is. Grace is the unmerited, undeserved favor of God. Grace is God giving you everything you don’t deserve. It has been said the grace is God’s riches at Christ’s expense. G-R-A-C-E is God’s-Riches-At-Christ’s-Expense. The grace of God has been fully demonstrated and revealed through Jesus Christ. He has done all the work that you could ever need. Jesus died for you and rose again that you might be forgiven and made righteous before God(ROM.5:1). When you are in a faith relationship with Him, God sees you as perfect, holy, and righteous.
Do you want to be refreshed? Rest in this. Jesus is your perfection. He is your right standing. He is everything that you ever wanted or needed. In Him you are blessed with every spiritual blessing (Eph.1:3). You are loved. Oh so loved. He loves you more than you can imagine. God the Father loves you as much as He loves Jesus ( John 17:23). As Jesus is, so are you in this world(1 John 4:17). When God sees you, He says, This is my beloved child, in whom I am well pleased.” Jesus makes you new. That is grace. That is refreshing.
Are you thirsty? Is your life missing something? Do you feel empty, or broken? Have you been seeking satisfaction and fulfillment in every way that you can? I have good news. You can be healed, and you can be whole. Your life matters, and whether you see it right now, or not, God has aContinue reading “Thirsty Gospel”
Faith, hope, and love, are three pillars of the Christian faith. When you understand faith, hope, and love, that understanding can guide you into personal victory, and deep joy. Many Christians use these words, but they don’t have deep understanding of what they actually mean, and how that applies to their journey. Let’s continue onContinue reading “Now Faith, Future Hope, Everlasting Love”
